Healthy Foods You Should Consume On A Daily Basis

A lot of people eat junk food simply because they have it around. The best way to keep yourself away from bad food is not to have it at all in your house. Start filling your refrigerator and cabinets with healthy choices today. You will see changes in your body faster than you think.

Your shopping list should have the following items:

1. A lot of vegetables and whole fruits

- Green leafy vegetables: spinach, arugula, lettuce... to make delicious and healthy salads.

- Frozen vegetables, mushrooms, carrots...
