This fresh fruit in jello salad recipe will make a very appealing dessert on a hot day.
Soak gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of berry juice until it softens.
In a pot bring to boil the rest of juice. Pour boiling juice into the soften gelatin and juice, and stir until gelatin has dissolved. Let cool in fridge. Once mixture has thickened a bit, pour into your mold an fold in watermelon, apples, berries and cherries. Chill until jello has totally set.
Turn jello out of pan (place mold in hot water to help release jello). Garnish with fresh fruit on top. Serve.
