Ingredients
Cake:1 Angel food cake store bought
1/4 cup coffee
1 tablespoon Kaluha or more if you like
In a small bowl combine coffee and 1 tablespoon liqueur set aside.
Filling:
1 8 oz. container mascarpone or you can use cream cheese in a pinch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Kahlua
Frosting:
2 cups heavy cream or if you want to substitute use whipped non dairy topping
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Kahlua
Garnish:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 bar of good grade chocolate made into curls for the top
Ice cream hot fudge topping sauce mixed with 1 teaspoon Kahlua
