Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease or line large 6 muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the honey, apple sauce, eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk to into the apple sauce mixture. mixing until fully combined.
Add in the walnuts and white chocolate chips, mix just until combined.
Divide batter evenly into the muffin tin.
Place the apple slices onto the tops of the muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Remove to cooling racks.
