Salad

Wash and thinly slice the apples and put them into a plastic or glass salad serving bowl. Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons of apple cider and toss on. This will stop the apples from turning brown.

It is best to not do the apples until you are ready to prepare and serve the salad. Do not do them ahead of time.

Add clean mixed greens of your choice and spoon on half of the salad dressing. Gently stir the salad with tongs to mix together.

Serve with fresh walnuts and the additional salad dressing along side.
