Avocado Sandwich Recipe

This hearty avocado sandwich is make with a multigrain bread, alfalpha sprouts and slices of juicy fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients

2 slices multigrain bread
2 slices fresh tomato
1/2 avocado, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts
1-2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

(Makes 1 sandwich)

Directions

Choose a nice hearty bread.

You can butter the bread if you like.

Spread mayonnaise onto the bottom slice of bread.

Layer sandwich with avocado, sprouts and tomato slices.

Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper to season to taste.
