12 slices of Rouladen meat (approximately 1kg,)1 large onion, thinly sliced
12 baby dill pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/4 cup mustard
12 slices of bacon
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup red wine
2 tbsp brown gravy mix
