8 slices cheese of any kind, halved
olive oil (for frying potatoes)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
16 toothpicks

Creamy Dill Dip
8 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
