Doughnuts3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup dutch-process cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons canola oil
Makes 10-12 doughnuts
Honey Sugar Glaze
enough to dip 10-12 doughnuts
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon honey
2-4 tablespoons milk or water
toasted coconut
