These baked honey garlic chicken wings will get gobbled up quickly.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line with aluminum foil and grease an oven grill pan with a little oil.
Wash the wings in cold water.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
Place the wings on the grill and brush with
melted margarine or butter.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for a total of 40-45 minutes.
Flip the wings over after the first 20 minutes so you can brown both sides.
When baked place into a mixing bowl.
Glaze
While wings are baking, prepare glaze.
In a small pot, bring to a simmer honey, butter, minced garlic, onion powder, water and soy sauce. Add flour and whisk vigorously so that flour won’t clump. Simmer till sauce has thickened, set aside.
When wings are ready pour the sauce over the cooked wings and gently toss to glaze them evenly.
