Baked Salmon Recipe

This delicious baked salmon recipe has a simple marinade that adds wonderful flavor to the fish.

Ingredients

1 pound wild salmon, sliced into serving size pieces
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
2 green onions, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil with olive oil.

Arrange fillets in a shallow baking dish leaving a small space between each one.

In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients & pour half of this mixture over the fish.

Place into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Baste with the remaining sauce at the 10 minute mark in time and bake until done.

When done, sprinkle with paprika & chopped green onion.

Spoon any juices onto the fish.

Delicious served with a couscous or rice medley.
