Baked White Fish Recipe

Delicately season this Bake White Fish recipe is a wonderful method of preparation.

Ingredients

1 1/2 poundshalibut or other white fish fillets
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1 tablespoonlight mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoononion powder
1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoonsbutter, melted
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon slices for garnish and to squeeze onto the baked fish

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.

Place fish fillets in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper in a small bowl, and spread over fish.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and drizzle with melted.butter.

Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley lemon slices.

Notes: Cod or Grouper would make good substitutes for the Halibut. Adjust the baking time depending on the thickness of the fish.
