Thick, and full of berries! This banana berry smoothie is top of the list for extra good.
1 cup non sweetened yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup milk or 1 cup almond milk
*Optional - 1 teaspoon of natural honey to sweetened if desired.
(Makes 2 good sized glasses)
Use frozen fruits for a nice cold, thick, smoothie.
Freeze your banana chunks ahead of time when making smoothies.
To make the smoothie, combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
