Banana Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This banana fruit smoothie is perfect at any time of the day. Packed with fresh fruit, it is a healthy beverage choice.
2 cups coconut water
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened frozen sliced peaches
2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup plain 2 % probiotic yogurt
When making smoothies with bananas, the smoothie will come out colder if you use frozen bananas. To freeze bananas, just peel, cut into one inch chunks and place into a ziploc freezer bag or a freezer container with a lid. The bananas will be ready to use when you want to make your smoothie.
Put the coconut water into the blender first.
Add the frozen banana and peaches and blend to combine. Add the frozen strawberries and yogurt and blend.
