Put the tin of unopened condensed milk in a pan of boiling water and allow to boil for 2 hours, making sure the water always fully covered the can. Remove the tin and leave to cool for half an hour. When cool enough to handle, open the tin carefully, the condensed milk will have turned to toffee.
Crush the biscuits in a freezer bag until they are reduced to crumbs, then melt the butter in a saucepan until liquid and combine it with the butter. Press crumbs into bottom of a pie plate. cover and place in the fridge to set.
Spread the toffee over the biscuit base, slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the toffee.
Whip the cream until it peaks, then spread over the top and smooth out and dust with cocoa powder.
