This simple stir fry beef is quick to make, and goes well with rice.
Have your rice timed to be cooking and ready when the teriyaki beef is done. It only takes a few minutes to cook the beef.
Slice the beef into small pieces and set aside.
In a bowl, stir together the cornstarch, broth, soya sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and garlic. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high.
Toss in the beef pieces and cook until browned and juices evaporate.
Add the cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring.
Serve with rice.
