Ingredients
3 chicken breasts200 g flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml milk
150-200 ml beer
salt, pepper
oil for deep frying
For mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 mustard seeds
2 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar (5%)
1 1/4 tablespoon white sugar
350-375 ml sunflower oil
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
