Mini Buns
In a small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
Place the milk mixture, flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and yeast into a mixing bowl.
Use an electric mixer and on low mix together. Finished dough should be smooth, but still slightly sticky.
Turn off mixer and place the dough onto a lightly floured working surface. If the dough is too sticky sprinkle a little flour onto it and use your hands to knead it in until it is a nice soft rolling consistency.
Roll half of the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness or slightly more. Use a 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter or narrow glass and cutting very close together, cut out the little circles. Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet about 2 to 3 inches apart. Sprinkle and dab a few sesame seeds on the top of each bun. Repeat with the second ball of dough.
