Ever tried a blueberry cinnamon roll recipe? They are not so different from a regular cinnamon roll, except for the fresh chunks of delicious blueberry.
Cinnamon Buns
Whisk with a fork dry yeast and warm milk. Add in sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix well till dough starts to pull away from the sides of bowl. Continue to knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Place dough in a bowl and cover, Let rise for about an hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease an 8 x 12 inch baking tray with oil
While dough is rising prepare filling. In a bowl whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon.
On a lightly floured surface roll out dough into a big rectangle roughly 21 inches long by 16 inches wide. Brush rolled out dough with melted butter and spread cinnamon sugar all over. Spread blueberries over the sugar. Roll up dough tightly, and cut buns roughly into 2 inch pieces. Place in prepared baking pan. Cover and let rise for about 30 - 45 minutes. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until buns are golden brown on top.
Glaze
Whisk together sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth.
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to make glaze, drizzle over rolls and serve warm.
