Dough:1 cup flour
� tsp salt
4 tbsp salted butter (diced and chilled)
� cup ice water
Filling:
5 Granny Smith apples or any bargain green apples you can find�(peeled cored and sliced)
2 tbsp lemon juice
� cup sugar
� cup brown sugar
� cup flour
4 tbsp salted butter (diced)
1 tsp cinnamon
� tsp nutmeg
� tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Rum or Rum extract
� cup heavy cream
1/ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
