Almost too simple of a salad recipe to actually have a recipe for....but hey, we love this salad, and this recipe is a great reminder.
Slice the tomatoes in 1/4-1/2 inch slices.
Slice the mozzarella in equally thick slices as the tomatoes.
Pick the basil leaves from the stem.
Arrange them as such: Tomato, then basil leaf, then mozzarella.
Repeat until ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle with seasalt
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic if using.
