In a bowl whisk water, egg whites, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add in flour and cheese, mix in until a dough has formed.
Knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl (use olive oil). Cover, and let rise for about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375F
Grease a baking sheet
Take dough out of bowl and punch out the air. Roll dough out thin to fit into prepared baking sheet. Take a fork and prick dough all over. Brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle a bit of salt, and spread both cheeses all over.
Bake for 12 to 18 minutes or until cheese has turned golden brown. Take bread out of baking sheet cut into squares and serve warm
