1 whole chicken, boiled and shredded500g fettucine noodles
1 Tablespoon butter
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 x 250 ml. single cream
1 cup chicken broth
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
extra grated cheese for toppings
