Chicken Patties Recipe

A flavorful recipe for chicken patties, great served with a salad for a healthy meal.

2 lbs ground chicken
1/4 cup all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs, fresh
1 Tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped


In a large bowl, combine the chicken with bread crumbs, eggs, flour and all seasonings.

Form chicken into patties about 1/2" thick.

Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Combine about 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a saute pan at medium-high heat.

When bubbly, add breaded chicken patties. Saute 5 minutes until golden on each side.
