Chocolate Brownie Recipe

This chocolate brownie recipe will come out the best if you use really good quality dark chocolate. It uses 4 eggs so is a richer brownie that is easy and very delicious to make.

Ingredients

12 ounces best-quality dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a saucepan on the stovetop, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir to combine.

Transfer to a mixing bowl and let it cool to lukewarm.

Use an electric mixer and beat in the sugar, the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time.

Mix in the flour and salt until combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove to a cooling rack and wait for the brownie to cool before cutting.
