Ingredients
Cake:3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
� cup cocoa
1 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 � tsp vanilla extract
2 � cups cake flour
2 � tsp baking soda
2 � tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
� tsp cinnamon
� cup raisins, chopped
� cup walnuts, chopped
Cinnamon ButterCream:
� cup butter
� cup shortening
6 � 8 tbspmilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate Frosting:
3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
6 tbsp milk
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
� tsp salt
