Use a double boiler to melt chocolate over low heat while continuously stirring. Once melted, mix in grape seed oil and warmed Kahlua. Continue stirring until oil has combined with chocolate.
Pour the chocolate into basin of the fountain and turn on. Let fountain run for 2 minutes then shut off for about 30 seconds to eliminate air gaps.
If the chocolate does not flow smoothly, add another 1/8 cup of grape seed oil into the basin.
