This chocolate molten lava cake has a nice gooey center and are a chocolate lovers delight, plus they are very easy to make.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Using 4 (6 ounce) ramekins, grease and put on lined baking sheet.
Place a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Add the butter and both chocolates and stir until all are completely melted.
Add confectioners' sugar and stir until well blended.
Add eggs and egg yolks and stir together till blended, then add flour and mix together.
Split the batter evenly into the ramekins.
Cakes should bake for about 13 - 14 minutes or until the sides are cooked and the centers are still soft.
Remove from oven and place on cooling racks for 1 minute.
With a small knife run the tip around the edges of the cakes so they are loose enough to tip out onto plates.
Garnish with almond slivers and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
Serve immediately while still warm and gooey!
