Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte Recipe by Stressed Spelled Backwards - Desserts!

Ingredients

For the crust:
32 Oreo cookies, finely processed into crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Small pinch of salt

For the crunch:
1/2 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg

For the filling:
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup confectioners� sugar
12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup confectioners' sugar (you may want to add more, if you want your filling sweeter)
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped

For the topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used the mini chocolate chips)
1/2 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
