Chocolate covered strawberries.A beautiful dessert choice.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Add the chocolate and stir until smooth. Turn off the heat.
Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place them on a tray lined with tin foil.
Put into the refridgerator for at least 1/2 hour to harden up the chocolate before serving.
You can drizzle a little dark chocolate on the white berries and white chocolate on the dark berries.
You can also purchase colored icing in tubes and squeeze that on.
