A tasty mushroom appetizer that is full of flavor
How to make it
Remove stems from mushrooms
With a teaspoon, scrape off as much of the gills as possible
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese and crab meat
Fold together until thoroughly combined
Drizzle 1/2 tsp olive oil in each mushroom cap,then add a sprinkle of minced garlic
Add 1 tablespoon mixture to each mushroom cap
Place mushrooms in a foil baking pan
Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bottom of the pan
Sprinkle remaining minced garlic over the butter
Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350F for 40 minutes
Set oven to broil
Remove foil and brown lightly for approx 5 minutes,watching carefully so they don"t burn
