Ingredients
4 chicken thighs4 tablespoons of butter
1 � 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup of mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 heavy cream
2 tablespoon of strong mustard
1-3 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of chicken stock
1-2 potatoes � washed, peeled and cut into small cubes
salt and pepper to taste
