Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

A Delicious sweet recipe for creamy chocolate cheesecake.
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of butter, melted
24 oz (3-8oz packages) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cup semi sweet chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate, grated
Preheat oven to 325°F. Have ready a 8 inch springform pan
Crush the oreos until you have fine crumbs. Add sugar and salt and mix to combine. Drizzle the melted butter over the crumb mixture and mix. Press the wet crumbs into pan. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until it is creamy. Add the milk and mix until just combined. Add melted chocolate and mix until combined.
Add one egg at a time and mix after each addition until just combined. Add the vanilla and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
Turn off the oven and open the oven door and allow cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour. Take it out of the oven and allow to cool for another hour. Refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight.
To serve, sprinkle grated chocolate over top of cheese cake.
