2 pounds yukon potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
3-4 cups gruyere cheese, shredded
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3 cups heavy cream
