Ingredients

1 long English cucumber, sliced length-wise and cut into 1/4 pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into thins sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup fresh dill, diced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, dill and lemon juice.

Pour over cucumber and onion in large bowl and toss well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
