Devilled Eggs Recipe

These devilled eggs are a wonderful appetizer.

12 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika (extra for sprinkling)
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Use slotted spoon to add eggs.

Boil for 7-8 minutes.

Remove and let eggs cool, before rinsing under cold water and peeling off the shell.

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise; remove the yolks, and set whites aside.

In a small bowl, mush yolks well with a fork, leaving no small lumps.

Add remaining ingredients.

Use a spoon to place the yolk mixture into the white shells.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Store in airtight container in fridge until ready to serve.
