3 cups shredded cooked chicken2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (divided)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (drained) or 1 c. salsa
1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
1 lg. bag Doritos
Chopped lettuce (optional)
Diced tomato (optional)
