Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a couple of baking tray with parchment paper.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix till well incorporated. Mix in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt till well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop cookie dough by a heaping teaspoon onto prepare baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are just a little but crispy.
