Easy Beef Fajitas Recipe

These easy beef fajitas taste great with fresh salsa or guacamole and make a easy weeknight meal.

Serves 4

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, cut in strips
2 teaspoons chili powder
500 grams beef steak, cut in strips
1/2 cup salsa
2 red peppers, cut in strips
2 green peppers, cut in strips
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 flour or corn tortillas, 10-inch


Preheat oven to 350F

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Cook garlic, onion and chili powder for 4-5 minutes or until onion is softened.

Add beef and salsa and cook for about 6 minutes.

Add red and green peppers and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil and place in heated oven for approximately 5 minutes or until warm.

Divide beef & peppers mixture among tortillas.

Serve with salsa and/or guacamole.
