This easy beef stir fry is a quick and colorful weeknight meal.
In a large frying pan over medium high heat, stir-fry beef in oil about 6-7 minutes.
Add water and cornstarch and mix, bringing to boil.
Add onion, carrots, red pepper, and peas in remaining oil for 4-5 minutes.
Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic; add to the pan.
Cook and stir for 2-3 more minutes.
Serve with rice.
