In large skillet, saute chicken in oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add chili powder and stir until covered.
Add garlic, onions, jalapenos and red pepper strips.
Fry until vegetables are soft and chicken is fully cooked.
Add salsa and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve in warmed tortillas with additional salsa, sour cream, guacamole, diced red onion, corn, cilantro and/or cheese (as desired).
