4 Medium potatoes (cubed)2 tablespoons butter (melted)
2-1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2lb ground beef or turkey
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 Small onion (diced)
1 Small bell pepper (diced)
1 jalapeno pepper (diced)
28oz diced tomaotes
15oz canned beans (black or red)
1 cup taco blend shredded cheese
