Ingredients
Put 1/2 cup of mayonnaise1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Add any savory spices- paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, chili powder, cumin, cayenne....whatever are your favorites.
This recipe used 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of smoky paprika.
Use whatever combination you choose, keep the total amount to 1-3 teaspoons of added spice for 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. The potatoes can handle the spice.
