This sweet and succulent mango sauce that is so delicous served on ice cream or anything with coconut or chocolate.
Slice 2 of the mangos into a heavy sauce pan.
Bring to a simmer adding lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Remove from heat and blend until liquified.
Slice final mango and add into mango liquid.
Put back onto heat and bring to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot over ice cream or save in fridge for your next dessert topping.
