Ingredients
1 jar of dill pickle spears, cut into small chunks1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of kosher salt
1/4 cup of corn starch
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of dill pickle juice
1 egg yolk
1 cup of milk
1 cup of plain bread crumbs
oil for deep frying
Cilantro Mayo Dipping Sauce:
1 handful of cilantro, cut
3 garlic cloves, smashed in a garlic press
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (full fat!)
1/4 cup of milk (2% or whole)
salt & pepper to taste
