Simple Syrup
1/2 cup honey or 1/2 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup water
TIP* - You can substitute natural fruit juices for the simple syrup.

Strawberry Puree
2 cups fresh clean strawberries, pureed in a blender or food processor
1 cup coconut water or juice of your choosing


Make the simple syrup to begin. In a small pot bring the water and sugar or honey to a boil. Let boil for one minute. Shut off and let cool. You can speed this up by putting the syrup into the refrigerator.

Mix the strawberry puree and simple syrup together in the blender.

This amount will make about 6 popsicles, depending on the size of your popsicle molds.

Pour the pureed mixture into the molds and freeze for 12 hours.

TIP You can use any type of fruit you want in the popsicles. You can also substitute juice for the simple syrup.
