Fudge Brownie Recipe
This fudge brownie recipe makes an irresistible treat.
Ingredients
Brownie1 cup butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Frosting
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
Directions
Brownie
Grease a 9x9 inch pan and preheat the oven to 350*.
In large bowl, beat together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Add flour and cocoa powder and blend well.
Pour into greased pan and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Frosting
In large bowl, beat together melted butter, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla.
Add confectioner's sugar and beat until smooth.
Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
