Ingredients

6 boiled sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F.

Peel the sweet potatoes.

Cook 10 minutes in boiling, salted water.

Drain; cut into rounds and put into a buttered baking dish.

Make a syrup by boiling the sugar and water for 3 minutes. Add butter. Baste potatoes with syrup.

Bake slowly until tender about 25 minutes or until done.
