A tasty crock pot recipe for tasty mashed potatoes.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salad dressing mix and parsley; stir in potatoes.
Transfer to a crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours.
When it is time to serve the potatoes, put the butter and chopped onions in a skillet and fry them until golden brown.
Put a spoonful on top of each serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
