This tasty gourmet salad recipe is made with balsamic chicken pieces and Asian pears.
In small bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, chicken broth, teriyaki sauce and garlic.
Add chicken breasts and cover.
Place in fridge and let sit to marinade for 2-3 hours.
In a large frying pan, cook marinated chicken pieces in vegetable oil for about 7-8 minutes.
In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
In large salad bowl, mix together green leaf lettuce, arugula, pear and tomato wedges.
Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
Serve sprinkled with chicken.
